Privacy Notice

For contact enquiries · Updated 10 October 2026

Data Fiduciary: Energy Efficiency & Controls (the company behind VERBIN). This notice explains how we process personal data submitted through the enquiry form under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable rules.

What the form collects

Your name, email address and message are required. You may also provide your phone number and company or practice details, and select an enquiry type or product series. Please do not include sensitive personal information or information about another person unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

How we use and handle it

We use these details to review and reply to your enquiry and to follow up on that request. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing. Form submissions are handled and stored through Netlify Forms, our website form service. Authorized site administrators may access submissions to manage enquiries. Netlify handles information under its own privacy notice.

How long we keep it

We will delete the form submission within 90 days after your enquiry is resolved, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a legal claim. If an enquiry notification creates a separate copy in an email inbox, that copy must also be handled and deleted under the recipient's applicable retention process.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to information about your personal data, correction or erasure, withdraw your consent, or raise a privacy grievance. You may also nominate another person to exercise your rights where the law allows. Contact info@verbin.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal, and we may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

Who should use the enquiry form

Our product enquiry service is intended for adults and business customers. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from people under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
